氟比洛芬酯与帕瑞昔布钠在鼻内镜手术超前镇痛的效果比较 被引量：2

摘要 鼻内镜术巳被广泛用于治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉等鼻部疾病,但鼻部手术因神经末梢丰富、解剖复杂,术后患者常出现不同程度的疼痛和不适.氟比洛芬酯和帕瑞昔布钠分别是非选择性环氧化酶（COX）抑制剂和选择性环氧化酶2（COX2）抑制剂,广泛应用于手术中的超前镇痛[1,2],但在鼻内镜手术超前镇痛中的效果二药缺泛比较.本文采用随机对照双盲方法,观察比较二药在鼻内镜手术中超前镇痛的效果和安全性.
