喷射成形FGH95环坯的组织和性能

摘要 研究了沉积态FGH95环坯热处理前后的组织和性能。结果表明:沉积态FGH95组织为约10~50μm的等轴晶,成形坯相对密度为99.5%,氧含量为20×10-6;基体中γ'相尺寸随固溶处理温度的升高而增大,固溶处理温度达到1 160℃时,基体中还有未溶解的γ'相;时效后基体中有小尺寸弥散分布的γ'相析出。拉伸试验表明,在相同的热处理制度下,热等静压处理后的试样性能优于未热等静压处理的试样,坯件轴向性能高于径向性能。 The microstructure and properties of rings FGH95 spray-formed were investigated.The results show that the microstructure of spray formed FGH95 is equiaxed with grain size of about 10-50μm.The density of spray formed FGH95 is 99.5% and the oxygen content is 20×10-6.The size of γ' phase increase with the rising of solution temperature.There are still some un-dissolved γ' phase in the matrix at 1 160℃,small γ' phase precipitate and dispersen in the matrix after aging treatment.The tensile experiment shows that the properties of HIPed rings are higher than that of un-HIPed ones,the properties of spray formed rings are higher in axial than in radial direction under the same heat treatment conditions.
