摘要
本文提出了一种基于非线性观测器的永磁同步电动机(PMSM)的转子位置估计方案。非线性观测器构造两个新的状态变量,利用这两个状态变量中所包含的位置信息,将电动机转子的位置估算出来。为验证此方案的稳定性和可行性,以TI公司的数字信号处理器TMS320F2812为核心搭建硬件平台,对整个控制系统进行了实验验证。实验结果表明,所采用的非线性观测器对转子位置的估算非常有效,同时整个控制系统在比较宽的调速范围内能稳定运行。
To improve the system reliability, lower the system cost, and enhance the system applicability, the scheme of rotor position estimator of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor(PMSM) is proposed based on nonlinear observer. The two new state variables are constructed in the nonlinear observer based on the mathematical model of PMSM. The rotor position can be estimated through these two state variables which contain the information of rotor position. The stability of the proposed nonlinear observer is proven. Control system structure of PMSM without posi- tion sensor is given. The scheme of velocity estimation in the system is proposed. To verify the stability and feasi- bility of the rotor position estimator, the experiments based on TMS320F2812 have been carried out. The waveforms of rotor position, current, and velocity in different speeds are given. The experimental results show that the nonlinear observer is very effective, and the whole control system performs well over a wide speed range.
