摘要
针对不同城市用地规划单元,本文从成本效益分析角度出发,结合规划单元边界条件,将电压等级规划、变电站规划、中压线路规划三者有机地统一,并考虑中压线路分支线及负荷分布对规划方案的影响,建立了规划单元的数学模型。根据供电区域用地类型的不同,只需对各自供电区块的规划单元进行求解,便可实现整个规划区的配电网规划。通过应用本方法对上海某居住区功能块配电网进行规划,验证了该方法的准确性和灵活性。
An optimization model based on cost-benefit analysis is buih in this paper by considering influence of branch lines in mid-vohage lines and load distribution on planning, which takes voltage level planning in line with substation planning and mid-voltage line planning as a planning unit for power supply mode with the known boundary conditions of the planning unit. The planning scheme based on blocks can be obtained by the solution of planning units. By the application in one residential district in Shanghai, this method is proved to be valid and effective.
