摘要
推进产业转移是落实全省区域发展战略、发挥比较优势、实现特色发展和差异化发展的重要举措。目前国家已启动了《产业转移指导目录》的编制工作。本文就山东工业加快推进产业转移,实现产业结构升级和优化布局、促进经济协调可持续发展进行了探讨,阐述了现阶段山东工业推进产业转移的意义、基本方向以及保障措施。
Industrial transfer is an important measure to implement Shandong＇ s regional development strategy, develop their comparative advantages, and accomplish development of characteristic and differentiation. Central government has already started preparation of the ＂Industrial transfer of the catalogue for the guidance＂ . This paper discussed how Shandong province would speed up to promote industrial transfer in order to realize upgrading and good layout of the industrial structure and advance the sustainable development of economic, expounded significance, basic direction and safeguard measures of Shandong＇ industrial transfer at this stage.
