摘要
针对中国农业机械化工程技术集成研究需要对集成技术效果进行科学评价的实际需求,该研究进行了评价体系和方法研究。以工程应用为目标,以经济、社会和生态综合效益为主导,兼顾功能性和条件性,较为系统的提出了中国农业机械化工程集成技术评价的框架和方法。基于构建的方法体系,初步建立了农业机械化工程集成技术一般性评价指标和权重体系。
According to the demand of effectiveness evaluation for integrated agricultural mechanization engineering technology, evaluation system and method were established. Adequately considering the overall efficiency of economics, social ecology, functionality and conditionity, systematic framework and methods for the evaluation system of integrated agricultural mechanization engineering technology were built with the purpose of engineering applications. Based on the established methods, general index and weight systems for agricultural mechanization engineering integration technology were initially built.
