摘要
液压缸非线性系统是影响液压系统动态性能的重要因素,通过对压上系统伺服阀动态特性的分析,本文提出了一种简单可靠的线性补偿方法,提高了轧机AGC系统的控制精度。
Nonlinear characteristic of hydraulic cylinder is an important factor influencing dynamic characteristic of hydraulic system. Basing on analysis of hydraulic screw - up system, some non - linear characteristics of the servo valve have been considered in this article . A simple and reliable method of linear compensation has been proposed. This method greatly improves the control precision of AGC system.
