生产数据的有效采集与存储是国内有色金属加工设备的薄弱环节。该系统以精整设备拉弯矫为研究对象,基于WinCC软件平台搭建了拉弯矫过程控制系统,同时应用集成在WinCC中的Microsoft SQL Server2005建立了过程数据管理系统。此数据管理系统实现了过程数据采集,处理和存储,然后利用通讯中间件软件实现生产计划、实绩等数据与三级系统的交互功能。通过实际应用表明此过程数据管理系统具有较高的经济性、实用性和可靠性,有利于配合三级系统提高生产质量和生产管理效率。

Production data＇ s effective collection and storage is the weak link in domestic non -ferrous metal processing equipment. Tension leveler processing control system has been established based on Win CC software, and its processing data management system is based on Microsoft SQL Server 2005 of Win CC. Processing data collection, processing and storage are achieved in this data management system, and then interactive features of production plan, actual data and stage Ⅲ are achieved by application of middleware software. After practical application, processing data management system shows high economic, practical and reliable functions, it will help stage Ⅲ to improve production quality and production management efficiency.
