摘要
在引进、消化、吸收日本某公司先进的废水生化处理技术及对该技术进行国产化研究的基础上,设计、制造、集成建设和运行了一套30 m3/d的回转式网状生物接触体反应器(JSBC)系统垃圾渗滤液处理应用装置。试验结果表明,该装置对垃圾填埋场渗滤液具有良好的处理效果,当COD、BOD5、NH3-N、TN的初始浓度分别为12 000、6 000、2 000、2 500 mg/L时,经过JSBC系统生化处理后,出水指标分别达到600、100、20、200 mg/L,且脱臭效果明显,曝气池鼓风机能耗与传统工艺相比降低40%。
Based on the introduction, adsorption and digestion of an advanced wastewater biochemical treatment technology from a Japanese company and the domestic research of the technology, a set of 30 m^3/d landfill leachate treatment device was designed, manufactured, installed and operated. The test results showed that the device could effectively treat the landfill leachate. When the initial concentrations of COD, BODs, NH3 - N and TN were 12 000 mg/L, 6 000 rag/L, 2 000 mg/L and 2 500 mg/L respectively, the corresponding effluent concentrations were 600 rag/L, 100 mg/L, 20 mg/L and 200 mg/L respectively. The odor removal efficiency was significant, and the energy consumption of blowers in the aeration tank was reduced by 40% compared with the conventional process.
