摘要
超滤、反渗透膜法水处理技术因其操作简便、脱盐率高以及对环境污染小等优点而得到广泛应用,但其排水量大、系统回收率低,大大降低了其运行经济性。以某热电厂化水车间节水技改项目为例,介绍了超滤、反渗透排水的梯级回收利用。该工程项目采用二级超滤(UF)回收处理现有水处理系统盘式过滤器的冲洗水和一级超滤反洗排水,采用浓水反渗透(RO)回收一级反渗透浓排水,实现了超滤、反渗透排水的再利用,具有一定的经济效益,并起到了良好的节能减排效果。
UF and RO technologies are widely used for their simple operation, high desalination rate and low environmental pollution, but their disadvantages of high drainage volume and low recovery rate greatly reduce their cost-effectiveness. Taking the water-saving project in chemical water treatment station of a thermal power plant for example, cascade recycling and reuse of UF and RO permeates were introduced. A second-stage UF unit was adopted to recover disc filter flushing water and first-stage UF backwash water, and a concentrate RO unit was adopted to recover first-stage RO concentrate. The UF and RO drain was recycled and reused with a certain economic benefit, and good energy saving effect was achieved.
