上海临江水厂污泥脱水系统的运行优化 被引量:3

Operation Optimization of Sludge Dewatering System in Linjiang WTP

摘要 2011年临江水厂污泥脱水系统进行了调试、运行,厂内所有生产废水全部进入污泥处理系统,处理后出水水质达到《上海市污水综合排放标准》(DB 31/199—2009)的一级标准。对浓缩池、压滤机等关键设备设施的运行进行优化,调整了部分运行参数和自控程序,压滤部分新增投加PAM替代石灰进行污泥调质。优化后浓缩池上清液浊度及排泥浓度均有所改善,压滤机脱水后泥饼含固率明显上升,降低了污泥体积及后续处理成本。 The sludge dewatering system of Linjiang WTP was put into commissioning and operation in 2011, in which all production wastewater was treated. After being treated, the effluent quality could reach the first criteria specified in Shanghai Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (DB 31/199 - 2009). The operation of thickener and filter press was optimized, operating parameters and automation program were adjusted, and dosing PAM instead of lime was conducted for sludge conditioning. After optimization, the turbidity of Supernatant in thickener and the thickened sludge concentration were improved. In filter press system, solid content of sludge cake increased, which decreased the sludge volume and the subsequent treatment cost.
