中国妇女妊娠中、后期瘦素水平初步观察

Preliminary study of serum leptin level during middle and late pregnancy in Chinese

目的 研究中国妊娠妇女血清瘦素水平与妊娠的关系。方法 采用放射免疫测定 (RIA)方法 ,测定 4 9名妇女妊娠 2 0～ 3 0周时血清瘦素水平 ,并与年龄、体重指数 (BMI)相似的中国女性比较 ,以t检验作统计学分析。同时与妊娠妇女的孕周、体重、BMI、血压等作相关分析。结果 参与研究的 4 9名妊娠妇女 ,与对照组比较 ,瘦素水平差异有显著性 (P均 <0 .0 0 1 )。妊娠妇女血清瘦素水平与其体重、BMI、腹围、舒张压均显著相关(P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;而与妊娠妇女的收缩压关系不大 (P >0 .0 5 )。在观察期间 ,妊娠妇女的瘦素水平随妊娠时间的延长而有增高的趋势 ,但未呈现统计学差异。结论 1、瘦素是与妊娠密切相关的一种激素 ,妊娠期瘦素水平明显高于相近年龄组非妊娠女性 ;2、与非妊娠妇女一样 ,瘦素与妊娠妇女的体重、体重指数相关 ;3、妊娠期瘦素水平与其舒张压相关 ,对妊娠并发症 (如妊娠高血压 )

Objective To study the relation between serum leptin level and pregnancy. Methods Serum leptin concentration of 49 pregnant women (20 to 30 weeks)were detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA) and compared with that of the non pregnant women matched with age and body mass index. Meanwhile, correlative analysis was carried out between leptin concentrations and pregnant weeks, weight,BMI, and blood pressure. Results Serum leptin level was much higher in pregnant women than in controls ( P <0.001). In the formen, serum leptin level was significantly correlated to their body weight (63.7±7.4 kg), BMI, waist circumference (88.2 cm±5.7 cm) and diastolic pressure (69.0±7.2 mmHg), the correlative coefficient were 0.6680, 0.6809,0.6070,0.3342, respectively (all P <0.05), but there was no correlation with the systolic pressure (107.1±11.1 mmHg) ( P >0.05), During 20 to 30 weeks of pregnancy, serum leptin concentration lended to increase to with prolongation of pregnancy, but with no statistical difference.Conclusion Leptin is a hormone closely related to pregnancy, its concentration is much higher than that in non pregnant women at the with same age, and it is significantly correlated to body weight and BMI just like non pregnant women. Serum leptin levels is correlated with diastolic pressure and it may become a marker for detecting and monitoring pregnancy complications, such as pregnancy induced hypertension.
