摘要
对离体柿叶和柿叶茶产品进行维生素C的贮藏保存试验,结果表明,在一定时间内,用聚乙烯塑料包装,置于低温或常温条件下贮藏,可以显著减少离体柿叶维生素C的损失;对柿叶茶采用塑料包装贮藏,能有效地防止维生素C的破坏,显著地提高产品中维生素C的保存率。这些结果,为离体柿叶的贮藏保鲜和提高柿叶茶产品质量提供了依据。
The preservation of vitamin C in the picked persimmon leaf and the persimmon leaf tea has been tested. When the picked persimmon leaves are packed in polyethylene bags and stored under lower or room temperature conditions, the loss of vitamin C in the leaves can be remarkably extenuated at a given time. The persimmon leaf tea stored in polyethylene bags can effectively prevent vitamin C from deteriorating. The results provide a basis for freshness-retaining of picked persimmon leaf and for product quality improvement of persimmon leaf teas.
