摘要
目的建立HPLC法测定石楠叶中熊果酸的方法,为石楠叶的质量控制提供依据。方法色谱柱lnertex,C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙醇胺(90∶10∶0.04∶0.02),流速:1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长:210 nm,柱温:16℃。结果熊果酸与其他成分分离良好,在0.41~3.28μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999。平均回收率为100.0%,RSD为1.3%。结论建立的定量方法简便、准确、专属性好、灵敏度高。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of ursolic acid content in Photinia serrμlate Lindl.Methods Kromasil Lnertex C18(5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethanolamine(90∶ 10∶ 0.04∶ 0.02).The column temperature was 16 ℃.Results The content was detected at a wavelength of 210 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1.The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0.41-3.28 μg(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.0% and RSD=1.3%.Conclusion This method is highly reproducible and accurate.
