依据PASS监测分析住院患者不合理用药情况

Analysis of Irrational Drug Use among Inpatients Using PASS

目的通过合理用药监测系统(PASS)对住院患者的医嘱进行分析,提高临床合理用药水平。方法随机抽取800例住院患者,4258条医嘱,审查出现的不合理用药情况。结果发现不合理医嘱共262条,其中黑色警示19条(7.25%),红色警示146条(55.73%),橙色警示97条(37.02%)。结论临床药师结合PASS监测系统分析结果,对药物使用进行有效监督、干预和指导,参与药物治疗过程,有利于提高合理用药水平。

Objective To analyze the medication orders for hospitalized patients by the prescription automatic screening system（PASS）,and to promote rational drug use.Methods 800 hospitalized patients and 4258 medication orders were randomly selected to investigate irrational drug use.Results 262 irrational orders were found.There were 19（7.25%） black warnings,146（55.73%） red warnings and 97（37.02%） orange warnings.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can effectively supervise and advise on medication orders according to the analysis by PASS,which benefits rational drug use.
