摘要
目的有效遏制医院抗菌药物滥用现象。方法成立相关组织机构,制定相应管理制度,培训教育相关知识,临床科室与辅助科室密切配合。结果住院患者抗菌药物使用率下降到了58%;销售量排名前15位的药品中,抗菌药物下降为6个;Ⅰ类切口预防用药下降到了45%,初步达到管理目的。结论为合理应用抗菌药物制定相应的管理制度和操作指南具有实际意义,为其他医院控制抗菌药物滥用提供参考依据。
Objective To effectively curb the abuse of antibacterial drugs in a hospital.Methods A related organization and the relevant management system were established.All the medical staff was informed of the relevant knowledge.The clinical departments and adjunctive ones worked in close cooperation.Results The rate of antibiotic drug use by inpatients dropped to 58%.Among the 15 types of best-selling drugs,antimicrobial drugs decreased to 6 kinds.The use of preventive medication dropped to 45% for level-one incisal opening.Conclusion The establishment of the relevant management system and operation manuals is of practical use for rational application of antibiotics.
