摘要
传统的齿轮设计方法,通常是先确定小齿轮的直径和中心距,再凭经验选定齿宽,因而很难得到最佳值。本文以满足强度要求为设计的基本准则,引入了机械可靠度概念,采用统计方法对齿宽进行设计,从而得到最佳的齿宽值。这种方法结果可靠,具有实用价值,可以在有条件的地方推广应用。
In general design, the tooth width of gear is obtained empirically. On the basis of the strength demand and the concept of mechanical reliability, and by the statistical method, the tooth width of gear has been designed and optimun result obtained. The study may rationalize tooth width design.
