根据滤清器端盖的精度、外观要求和大批量生产情况,进行科学合理的工艺分析,制定一套较完善的冲压工艺方案。主要介绍了正拉伸和成形相关的冲压模具结构,并对模具结构的设计要点、难点及优点进行了介绍。
According to the filter cover precision, appearance requirement and mass production, scientific and reasonable process analysis, developed a set of relatively complete stamping process scheme. Mainly introduced drawing and forming die structure, and the die structure design points, difficulties and advantages are introduced.
