摘要
针对某电器中间板复杂塑件,设计出了实用的模具结构。在分析中间板结构特点的基础上,详细介绍了滑块抽芯机构、型腔和型芯的设计过程。
In regards to the complex structure of middle panel for an electrical appliance, this paper designs practical mold structure to solve the mold making difficuhy. Based on the characteristics of the middle process of core slider structure, panel structure, this paper introduced specifically the design cavity and core.
