摘要
对拉伸模淬火后的超硬加工工艺进行了分析,并以汽车覆盖件拉伸凸模为例,介绍了该零件的淬火后超硬加工工艺方案,展示并分析了后期检测数据。同时提出,此项工艺的应用,对提高模具质量、缩短制造周期等方面具有积极意义。
Analyzed of superhard machining technology of the drawing die after quenching. And with a drawing punch of auto-body panel die, introduced the superhard machining process and analyzed of the detection data. The process can improve the quality of product and short manufacture time.
