社区老年高血压患者用药依从性的临床研究

目的探讨社区老年高血压患者用药依从性的影响因素,提高用药依从性。方法对社区内老年高血压患者86例,建立社区高血压患者随访卡进行跟踪随访,分析社区老年高血压患者用药依从性的影响因素。结果老年患者血压控制良好57例,占66.28%,血压控制欠佳29例,占33.72%;影响患者用药依从性的因素认为血压已控制不需再服药(60.6%),忘记服药时间(61.0%),担心长期服药副作用(50.7%);经多因素回归分析患者的用药依从性与文化程度、经济条件、病程长短、年龄显著相关。结论社区老年高血压患者用药依从性相对较低,加强针对性健康教育,使患者认识药物治疗对控制血压的重要性,从而提高用药依从率。

Objective To explore the medication compliance of patients with aged hypertension influencing factors, improving the drug compliance. Methods For the community elderly patients with hypertension in 86 cases, the establishment of community patients with hypertension follow-up card carried on the questionnaire survey. Results Of elderly patients with good control of blood pressure in 57 cases, accounting for 66.28%, blood pressure control is poor in 29 cases, accounting for 33.72%; influence factors that the medication compliance of patients with blood pressure control without medication （60.6%）, forget the time of taking medicine （61%）, concerns about the long-term side effects of drugs （50.7%）; by multiple factor regression analysis of medication in patients with compliance and culture level, economic condition, duration of illness, age was significantly related to. Conclusion Community elderly hypertensive patients compliance with medication is relatively low, strengthen targeted health education, to make patients know the importance of drug treatment on blood pressure control, thereby improving medication compliance rate.
