盆腔肿块120例CT影像学分析

目的为使盆腔肿块的CT影像诊断与鉴别诊断更准确,本文就120例盆腔肿块CT影像特点进行了探讨。方法就我院2007年2月-2010年1月盆腔肿块患者(120例)临床特点与螺旋CT影像资料进行了回顾性分析。结果有83例良性病变,有37例恶性病变,有21例是泌尿器官及肠道病变,为生殖器官肿块的有91例,病变的密度、部位、形态、大小以及与邻近结构和器官的毗邻关系都能被CT影像准确地呈现出来。结论就盆腔肿块的准确定位与定性而言,螺旋CT扫描可以为之提供准确的影像学依据。

Objective To investigate the CT imaging characteristics of 120 cases of pelvic masses, the differential diagnosis of pelvic masses and diagnostic accuracy of CT images. Methods Retrospective analysis of hospital in January 2006 to December 2009 120 cases of pelvic mass in patients with spiral CT image data and clinical characteristics. Results Malignant lesions, 36 cases, 84 cases of benign lesions,including 92 cases of genital tumor, intestinal, urinary organ lesions in 20 cases, CT imaging can accurately present the lesion site, density, size, shape, and adjacent organs, the structure adjacent relationship. Conclusion Spiral CT scan, pelvic masses refined uncertainty,positioning, providing a clear imaging evidence.
