摘要
目的 :检测IL 6对原代白血病细胞的影响 ,探讨其在地塞米松耐药机制中的作用。方法 :①不同条件下体外培养原代白血病细胞 ,用MTT法了解细胞增殖情况 ,②用形态学观察和原位末端标记法检测不同培养条件下HL 6 0细胞株的细胞凋亡。结果 :①IL 6可显著促进AML细胞增殖 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,对ALL细胞则无影响 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,②地塞米松显著抑制AML细胞增殖 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且这种抑制在部分病例可被IL 6逆转 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,③地塞松米可诱导HL 6 0细胞凋亡 ,凋亡率为 13.0 6 %。结论 :①地塞米松抑制AML细胞的增殖是诱导白血病细胞发生凋亡 ;②IL
To study the effects of IL_6 on leukemia cells in vitro and on the pathogenesis of dexamethasone-resistance in acute leukemia. We use the method of MTT to investigate the cells proliferation and use the method of morphological examination and the in situ end labeling to measure the apoptosis of HL60 cells.Conclusion:①Dexamethasone can suppress the cells proliferating of AML by inducing leukemia cells apoptosis.②IL6 is probably related to the pathogenesis of AML and also related to the Dexresistance of AML
