摘要
通过对 37例功能性消化不良与 36例十二指肠球部溃疡血浆胃动素水平测定 ,探讨胃肠道激素及其与胃肠道运动和神经调节的关系 ,结果显示 :两组疾病血浆胃动素水平差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,且功能性消化不良症状评分与血浆胃动素水平无相关性。表明此组疾病虽然发病机制中迷走神经张力高低不一 ,而两组疾病血浆胃动素水平无差异 。
Gastrointestinal motility regulated by many kinds of gastrointestinal hormones.Motilin,which can promote GI movement by inducing other GI peptides secretion,was released during interdigestive period.Plasma concentration of motilin,which begins to up at phase Ⅱ and peaks at phase Ⅲ of the migrating motor complex(MMC),was mersured by radioimmunoassay(RIA) in patients with either FD (thirty_seven cases) or DU (thirty_six cases).The results showed:No difference in plasma concentration of motilin in patients between FD and DU (P>0.05).Gastric emptying delay was obvious in fifty percent of FD patients.Neuro_myoelectrical activity was damaged and adsent in phase Ⅲ and down in phase Ⅱ of the interdigestive myoelective.Complex(IDMEC) was known in FD patients.Damage of gastric receptive relaxation in patients with FD resembled very much in patients with vagotomy.Comparatively,Vagus tonus was high in patient with DU. It shows though the vagotonies are different ,the plasma motilin are the same in both group,which suggests that motilin may not take part in disordering the motivition of functional dyspepsia.
