摘要
目的 :提高腹部钝性损伤的诊治水平 ,降低其病死率。方法 :回顾性总结我院近几年来因腹部钝性损伤所致的肠系膜损伤 2 6例 ,对其临床表现及治疗进行了分析。结果 :在腹部钝性损伤中 ,可造成肠系膜部分缺失、肠系膜撕裂伴肠系膜血管断裂、肠系膜撕裂和肠系膜散在的多发性点状出血 ,从而引起腹腔内出血而需手术治疗。结论 :肠系膜损伤在腹部钝性损伤中并不少见 ,有多种类型 ,主要临床表现为腹腔内出血 ,手术治疗时既要止血 ,也要注意肠管的生机 ,更要重视肠系膜损伤的存在 。
Objective: To improve the diagnosis and treament of blunt abdominal trauma and lower the mortality of the trauma. Methods: 26 cases with mesentery injury following blunt abdominal trauma were reviewed and the diagnosis and treatment of the cases were analyzed. Results:Blunt abdominal trauma may cause part mesentery loss and mesentery splint with mesentery vessel crack and spreading bleeding fleck in mesentery,which may give rise to intra_abdominal bleeding needing operation. Mesentery injuries are not rare discovered. Intra_abdominal bleeding is main expression of mesentery injury in clinic.Conclusion: We should not overlook mesentery injuries in the diagnosis of blunt abdominal trauma and only pay attention to suture for homeostatic, but should also take vitality of intestine seriously.
