摘要
目的 :观察激光治疗老年泪道阻塞性疾病的疗效。方法 :应用Nd :YAG激光 ,在特制的泪道探针的引导下 ,对 80例 (84眼 )老年患者的泪道阻塞部位进行击射 ,治疗功率 10～ 15W ,结果 :随访 75例 (77眼 ) ,平均访期 11个月 ,治愈率为 90 .7%。结论 :激光可替代手术疗法 ,易被老年患者接受 ,具有适应证广泛 ,安全简便 ,治愈率高 ,不住院 ,费用低等优点 。
Objective:To observe the effect of Nd:YAG laser in the treatment of senile lacrimal passage block.Methods:Nd:YAG laser was used to hit the block with 10～15 W power guided by special lacrimal probes.Results:75 cases (77 eyes)were followed up for the mean 11 mothns.The cure rate was 90.7%.Conclusion:Operation can be replaced by laser which is receptible for sanile patients and has advantages such as wide application,easy and safe performance,high cure rate and low cost without being in a hospital.It provides a new method for senile patients.
