摘要
目的 :测定健康人血清NSE正常参考值 ,探讨试验影响因素及监测急性脑外伤病人血清NSE改变。方法 :应用ELISA法测定血清NSE水平。结果与结论 :16 8例健康人测定结果经统计学处理 ,正常男女性别之间、年龄之间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,数据呈正态分布。测得正常值x±s为 (6 .735± 1.34 4) μg/L ,以 95 %的可信限确定正常范围为 4.10 2～ 9.36 8μg/L(x± 1.96s)。同时本文对血清从超低温环境中取出冻融后进行NSE检测的影响因素进行了探讨。结果表明 ,血清从 - 2 0℃低温冰箱中取出后需全部冻融后充分混匀再行测定 ,不能部分冻融取融化的部分或全部融解后不混匀测定 ,否则结果将不是真值。监测了 34例急性脑外伤病人血清NSE水平 ,结果中型和重型脑外伤病人血清NSE含量伤后升高明显 ,生存者以后逐渐下降 ,死亡者则持续升高。表明NSE水平增高反映了脑损害的严重程度。
Objective:To investigate the levels of Neuron Specific Enclolase (NSE) in serum of healthy people,to explore the factors that affect experimental result,to monitor the changes of NSE in patients with acute brain injury.Methods:We investigated the levels of NSE in serum by using ELISA.Result and Conclusion:168 healthy persons were tested,there is no statistical difference in the variant sex and age groups (P>0.05).The measured data are normal distribution.The normal value is 6.735±1.344 μg/L(x±s) and the 95% reference ranges is 4.102 to 9.368 μg/L.We also explored the effect of melting state of frozen serum,which was taken from super-hypothermal refigerator where temperature is -20 ℃,on the levels of NSE.Results:It is suggest that be better to measure the data after total melting and full agitation.Otherwise,the value may be not reliable.In moderate and serious acute brain injured patients,the levels of NSE boviously raise after trauma.The value gradually decreases in survivor,However,it is continously high in dead.These suggest that NSE levels can reflect the brain-injury degree.
