摘要
目的 :探索纯中药制剂益肾糖泰颗粒对糖尿病肾病 (DN)的治疗机理。方法 :观察治疗 1周、13周、 2 6周时益肾糖颗粒对糖尿病肾病大鼠模型的血糖、糖基化血红蛋白、肾重 /体重、肾功及肾小球形态变化等。结果 :益肾糖泰颗粒能有效改善实验性DN大鼠异常升高的血糖、HbA1c水平 ,能有效控制糖尿病肾脏的肥大 ,明显改善实验性DN大鼠肾脏功能的异常 ,光镜、电镜和计算机图像分析证实益肾糖泰颗粒能明显改善肾小球组织形态的异常。结论 :益肾糖泰颗粒是治疗DN的有效纯中药制剂。
The effect of Yi sheng tang tai granula to the nephritic pathological changes of the diabetic rats were observed.The results showed that Yi sheng tang tai, which has the effects of vigorating Qi, nourishing blood and Yin, promoting blood circulation, and dispelling pathogenic dampness and phlegm, can decrease the level of sugar in blood for model rats caused diabetic by Alloxan, improv significantly the abnormal blood kinetics of diabetic rats,decrease the level of leaked albumin in urine, β 2m in blood and urine,improved the nephritic function and it has a good effect to delay the main diabetic nephritic morphologic changes showen by pathological microscope, electronic microscope and computer graphic analysis. It was suggested that Yi sheng tang tai is a kind of effectual preparation for prevention and cure diabetics.
