羟丁酸钠对沙土鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用 被引量:6

摘要 目的 观察羟丁酸钠 (γ -OH)对脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法 采用沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉结扎法制作前脑缺血再灌注损伤的模型 ,观察γ -OH对脑缺血沙土鼠行为学和病理学的影响。结果 γ -OH能明显降低脑缺血再灌注沙土鼠的定向运动活性 ,减轻海马CA1区锥体细胞的损害。结论 γ
