摘要
首先分析了加载系统,建立了单通道伺服加载系统数学模型,然后分析和总结了定量反馈理论的基本原理和设计过程,并在此基础上采用QFT设计了加载系统的反馈控制器和前置滤波器,构建了的控制系统的Simulink模型。仿真结果表明,采用基于定量反馈理论的电液伺服同步加载系统的不确定控制系统在上边界和下边界之间,达到设计要求,这证明了系统的鲁棒性。此外,与PID控制的对比表明QFT鲁棒控制器优良的控制性能。
First,the loading system was analyzed and a mathematics model was set up for single way electro-hydraulic servo loading system.Then the principle and design process of QFT were presented.According to principle and design process,the feedback controller and prefilter were designed using QFT,which make up of the control system of a loading system.The simullation result using Matlab shows that the uncertain control system of the loading system fluctuated between the upper bounds and lower bounds,this indicates robustness of the system.The comparison with PID control demostrates that the control ability of QFT is very good.
