摘要
谐波齿轮减速器是一种新型机械传动机构,其寿命评估越来越受到人们的重视。谐波齿轮减速器的最主要的故障模式是柔轮的疲劳断裂,故该文采用三维实体建模和有限元分析的方法,首先对柔轮进行实体建模,分析其受力情况,并根据相关的理论对实体模型进行简化,在ANSYS软件中利用有限元方法进行静力结构分析,并在此基础上引入疲劳分析模块进行疲劳寿命估计。计算结果表明该方法能够对谐波齿轮减速器进行较为有效的寿命估计。
Harmonic gear reducer is a novel kind of tranmission mechanism,and at present more and more people focus on its life estimation.As the major fault mechanism of harmonic gear reducer is the fatigue fracture of flexspline,in this work three dimension solid modeling method and finite element analysis method are used to complement the fatigue life estimation of flexspline.Firstly,solid modeling of flexspline is built and its force condition is analyzed.The solid model of flexspline is simplified according to relevant theory to reduce the computation.Static structural analysis is carried out in ANSYS software and fatigue analysis module is introduced to perfoem fatigue life estimation.Results show that this method can perform life estimation of harmonic gear reducer effectively.
