活血潜阳胶囊治疗高血压病的临床与实验研究

Clinical and Experimental Research on “Blood Activating and Yang Suppressing Capsules” in Treating Hypertension

临床观察活血潜阳胶囊治疗高血压病的疗效 ,并通过临床与实验研究探讨其作用机理。以随机双盲法分设活血潜阳治疗组、松龄血脉康对照组各 3 0例。均治疗用药 8周。结果 :两组临床疗效分别为 93 .3 %和 90 .0 % ,血压、血液流变学、血浆内皮素 (ET)、血管紧张素Ⅱ (AT -Ⅱ )、一氧化氮 (NO)含量均有改变。提示活血潜阳胶囊有较好的降压作用和改善临床症状等效果 ;其改善全血低切粘度、增加血浆NO含量的作用优于对照组。实验研究结果证实 :活血潜阳胶囊有明显的降压等治疗效应 ,并可能有逆转左心室肥厚的作用。

In order to observe the therapeutic effect of“Blood Activating and Yang Suppressing Capsules”in treating hypertension and investigate its functional mechanism by the experimental study,treatment group and control group treated by “Pine Year and Vessel Health Agent”were set up with 30 cases in each group randomly with double blind and all treated for 8 weeks.The results showed that the therapeutic effect was respectively 93.3% and 90.09% in the two groups,and that blood pressure,blood rheology,endothelin(ET),angiotensin Ⅱ(AT Ⅱ)and nitric oxide (NO) changed in the contents,indicating that “Blood Activating and Yang Suppressing Capsules”possesses a better effect to reduce blood pressure and improve the clinical symptoms and that its functions to improve whole blood viscosity and increase NO level is better than the control group.The results in the experimental study showed“Blood Activating and Yang Suppressing Capsules”has an obvious therapeutic effect in reducing blood pressure and also may havse a function to reverse the thickened left ventricle.
