摘要
观察中药疏肝健胃方治疗功能性消化不良 (FD)的临床疗效。 60例FD随机分为中药组和西药 (西沙必利 )组各 3 0例 ,均连续治疗 4周 ,另设 1 2例正常对照组。结果显示 :FD患者胃液体排空延迟率为 63 3 3 % ;中药组和西药组的临床症状总有效率分别为86 67%和 80 0 0 % (P >0 0 5 ) ;中药组胃半排空时间、胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度和胃窦运动指数均有明显改善 (P <0 0 1 ) ,与西药组比较无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;治疗过程中 ,中药组无 1例出现不良反应 ,西药组有 1 0 0 0 %患者出现不良反应。
In order to observe the clinical effect of“Liver Soothing and Stomach Strengthening Formula”in treating the functional dyspepsia(FD),60 FD cases were randomly divided into the Chinese medicine group(CMG)and medication group(MG)(cisapride)(30 cases in each group)and treated continuously for 4 weeks,together with another 12 cases in the control group.The results showed that the gastric emptying delaying rate was 63 33% in FD patients.The total effective rate of the clinical symptoms was respectively 86 67% and 80 00%( P >0 05)in CMG and MG.After the treatment in CMG,the stomach semi emptying time,contraction frequency,contraction amplitude and motor index of the gastric antrum were obviously improved( P <0 01),but without a significant difference in comparison with MG( P <0 05).During the treatment,no adverse reaction appeared in CMG,but adverse reaction appeared in 10% of the patients in MG.
