摘要 火电机组循环水系统的优化运行对提高机组的经济性具有重要的影响。基于静态建模软件GateCycle,通过对某300MW火电机组进行模型构建,分析了不同负荷、不同循环水温下最优的循环水泵组合方式及其对煤耗的影响,在此基础上编制了该循环水系统优化运行的工况表与经济调度图,保证了机组在最佳状态下运行。 The optimized operation of circulating water system is of great significance for improving the efficiency of thermal power units. Based on the steady state modeling software GateCycle, the configuration of circulating water system of a 300MW unit is established in present paper. The optimal combination mode of circulating water pumps is investigated under different load and water temperature, and the influence of coal consumption is discussed. The optimized operating table and regulation scheme for the circulating water system are suggested, which provide an effective way for optimized operation.
