摘要
某汽轮发电机组1号轴承振动超标,通过对振动进行测试和分析,发现1号瓦振动过大并不是由于汽轮机本身所引起的。结合机组启停过程振动变化和振型图分析,发现1号轴承振动实际上是由于发电机振动传递所诱发的。通过发电机平衡,解决了汽轮机前轴承振动。这种由于轴系振动传递所诱发的汽轮发电机组故障现象值得重视。
Large vibration occurred in No. 1 bearing of a turbo-generator unit. By the detailed vibration measurement and analysis, we found that the vibration was not caused by turbine itself. Based on the further analysis about vibration mode characteristics and vibration change during run up process, it was deduced that the vibration was caused by generator and vibration transmission along the shaft. By generator high speed balance in field, we solved turbine vibration successfully. This kind of vibration phenomenon caused by abnormal vibration transmission is to be considered in fault diagnosis.
