冠状窦内挂钩插管法测定冠脉血流量的实验方法

摘要 目的:介绍一种经冠状窦手工插管测定动物心脏冠脉血流量的实验方法。方法:将自制带钩的双腔和单腔玻璃导管经右心房或右心耳插入冠状窦,连接流量计,并通过静脉注射肾上腺素和垂体后叶素观察冠脉血流量变化。结果:11例实验动物(包括犬、猫、兔)均顺利插入冠状窦,且血流直接回流到右心房,未出现滑脱现象;插管过程中未发生心室纤颤;分别应用肾上腺素和垂体后叶素后,冠脉血流量明显增加或减少。结论:本实验方法成本低廉,插管牢固,可用此法进行冠脉血流量监测及冠心病治疗药物筛选。 Objective: To introduce a test method for detecting cardiac coronary blood flow on the experimental animals by manual intubation in coronary sinus. Method: Manual glass tube of double lumen and single lumen with hook was inserted through the right atrium or auricula dextra into coronary sinus.The tube was connected with a flowmeter to assay the changes of coronary blood flow by intravenous injection of epinephrine and posterior pituitary vasopressin. Results: The tubes were successfully inserted to coronary sinus in 11 cases of experimental animals such as dog,cat and rabbit.Blood flow directly back into the right atrium and tubes were not slip.Blood flow obvious increased or decreased after injection of epinephrine or posterior pituitary vasopressin. Conclusion: This method is low-cost and reliable,which can be used for monitoring coronary blood flow and drug screening of coronary heart disease.
