脑梗死出血性转化的研究进展 被引量：6

摘要 脑梗死出血性转化（HemorrhagicTransformation，HT）是脑梗死的自然转归过程之一，也可发生于溶栓或抗凝药物治疗等之后。HT的发生，限制了溶栓治疗的应用，也限制了脑血管病的治疗。急性脑梗死后自发HT的发生率为10％～43％，尸解发现死于栓塞性卒中者51％～71％有HT。
