摘要
目的:观察健胃合剂对功能性消化不良(FD)模型大鼠胃肠动力状态和血清胆碱酯酶的影响。方法:将32只SD大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、健胃合剂组和多潘立酮组,每组8只。采用适度夹尾刺激法复制FD大鼠模型,分别予健胃合剂、多潘立酮治疗,检测各组大鼠胃残留率与胃肠碳末推进率和血清胆碱酯酶水平。结果:模型组、健胃合剂组、多潘立酮组大鼠体质量明显低于正常组(P<0.05);健胃合剂组、多潘立酮组大鼠胃内残留率低于模型组(P<0.05),胃肠碳末推进率高于模型组(P<0.05);健胃合剂组与多潘立酮组大鼠胃内残留率、胃肠推进率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各组大鼠血清胆碱酯酶水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);胃肠碳末推进率与血清胆碱酯酶水平呈正相关(r=0.34,P<0.05)。结论:健胃合剂对FD模型大鼠胃排空、蠕动功能下降的改善作用与多潘立酮相似。
Objective: To evaluate the effect of Jian-wei decoction on the gastrointestinal motility and serum cho- linesterase of rats with functional dyspepsia. Method:SD rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,Chinese-Medicine group(CG),and West-Medicine group (WG),8 in each. The rats were injured by ring clamp to be FD except the normal group. Rats in CG were treated with Jian-wei decoction,and those in WG were treated with domperidone. Gastric residual rate and advance rate of carbon in small intestine was taken,as well as serum cholinesterase was tested at the end of the study. Results: Mean body weights of rats in the mod- el group,CG, and WG were higher that of the normal group(P〈0.05). Gastric residual rates of CG and WG were lower than that of the model group(P〈0.05), while advance rates of carbon in CG and WG were higher(P〈0.05). No significant difference in the 2 index was noted between CG and WG(P〉0.05). The level of serum cholinester- ase did not differ among the 4 groups(P〉0.05). A positive correlation of advance rate of carbon with serum cho- linesterase was seen(r=0.34,P〈0.05). Conclusion: Jian-wei decoction had a similar effect of promoting gastrointes- tinal motility with domperidone.
