加味补中益气汤治疗自汗35例观察

Observation on 35 Cases of Spontaneous Perspiration Treated by Modified Bu zhong Yiqi Decoction

目的:观察加味补中益气汤(自拟)治疗自汗虚证的疗效。方法:60例随机分为治疗组35例和对照组25例,治疗组用加味补中益气汤,对照组肺卫不固型用桂枝加黄芪汤合玉屏风散、心血不足型用归脾汤。结果:总有效率治疗组91.5%、对照组80.0%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:加味补中益气汤治疗自汗虚证有显著疗效。

Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of self - made modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on spontaneous perspiration of deficiency syndrome. Method ：35 cases were treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Deeoetionas the study group while 25 cases were treated with Cinnamon Twig Decoction plus Astragalus combined with Jade Screen Powder for weakened lung - wei type and Decoction for Invigorating the Spleen for heart - blood deficiency type. Result：The total effective rate of the study group was 91.5% while that of the control group was 80.0%. There was significant difference bewteen the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction has significant effect on spontaneous perspiration of deficiency syndrome.
