摘要
当世界进入知识时代,组织和企业赖以生存的环境发生了根本的变化,为了堆持生存和发展,学习型组织已经成为企业的核心战略之一,本文通过对社会学、心理学、经济学对组织学习理论的渊源探讨,分析了管理学对组织学习理论研究的角度和源泉,以便企业决策人更进一步理解组织学习的理论和建立适应组织情景的组织学习机制。
When the world entered the knowledge era, the environment of organizations and businesses relying on has undergone fundamental change. In order to maintain the survival and development, learning organization has become one of the company's core strategy. This paper analysis the theory point of view of organization learning theory through sociology, psychology, economics and management, it is good for the business decision- makers to understand organizational learning and establish the organizational learning mechanisms.
