高职院校文献传递服务现状及发展研究

Situation and Development on Document Delivery Among the Higher Vocational Colleges

通过对广州市高职院校图书馆文献传递服务内容、服务方式、服务对象和收费政策的分析,指出影响高职院校图书馆文献传递服务开展的因素主要是:用户需求量有限、经费预算缺乏和用户知晓度低;建议在制度上要给予政策指引、加强宣传力度、完善经费投入机制,以促进文献传递服务的发展。

This paper analyzed the service contents, service mode, service object and charging policy of document delivery among the higher vocational college libraries in Guangzhou. There are some main factors that influence document delivery service such as limited user demand, lack of budget and low user awareness. In order to promote the development of document delivery service,some are put forward such as giving policy guidance, strengthening propaganda and improving the funding system.
