宜昌市疟原虫镜检人员人力资源调查分析

The Investigation and Analysis of Microscopic Examination of Malaria Parasites Personnel Human Resources in Yichang City

目的对宜昌市疟原虫镜检站人力资源现状进行调查分析,旨在为政府加强公共卫生投入决策提供理论依据。方法采用横断面调查及描述性研究。结果宜昌市专职疟原虫镜检人员年龄结构较稳定,且绝大多数受过高等专业教育。不同级别医疗卫生机构镜检人员在年龄、学历和从事镜检年限构成上差异有统计学意义。级别越高的医疗卫生机构的镜检人员人力资源构成更加合理和专业。结论基层镜检站需要进一步加强镜检人员专业技能的培训和业务水平的提高,不断完善、规范镜检队伍,确保中国消除疟疾行动计划在宜昌市的顺利开展。

OBJECTIVE Investigate and analyse of microscopic examination of malaria parasites personnel human resources in Yichang City, in order to provide theoretical basis of strengthening public health investment decision. METHODS A cross-sectional survey and descriptive study. RESULT Yiehang City full-time microscopic examination of malaria parasites＇ age structure is stable, and the vast majority of higher professional education. Medical institutions at different levels for microscopic examination in age, education, engaged in the microscopic examination of life constitutes a significant difference, the higher the level of the medical and health institutions examination officer human resources structure more rational and professional. CONCLUSION Primary mirror inspection station need to further strengthen the microscopic examination of professional skill training and improve the operational level, and constantly improve, standardize examination team, to ensure that China eliminate malaria action plan in Yichang City carried out smoothly.
