摘要
为了研究柔性轮对在高速旋转状态下弹性效应以及轨道的柔性结构振动对车辆运行的平稳性和安全性等动力学性能的影响,建立了轮对和钢轨的有限元模型,通过模态综合技术获取柔性轮对和柔性钢轨的模态信息,分别建立了柔性轮对和柔性钢轨接触、柔性轮对和刚性钢轨接触、刚性轮对和柔性钢轨接触和刚性轮轨接触的车辆动力学模型,对比了不同动力学模型在含有国内某干线轨道谱的情况下的动力学响应.仿真结果表明,柔性轮轨结构振动对高速动车组的直线动力学性能有明显的影响.
Finite element models of wheelset and rail were established and modal information of flexible wheelset and flexible rail were obtained through modal synthesis. Dynamics models of high - speed EMU invol- ving flexible wheelset - flexible rail contact, flexible wheelset - rigid rail contact, rigid wheelset - flexible rail contact, and rigid wheelset- rigid rail contact were established respectively to compare the dynamic response of different dynamics model running on the track containing irregularities of a certain domestic mainline tracks. The research was carried out on the influence of elastic effect of flexible wheelset in high -speed rotation and struc- ture vibration of flexible track on the running stability and safety of high - speed EMU. The simulation results in- dicate that structure vibration of flexible wheelset and flexible rail has a significant impact on the dynamics per- formance of high - speed EMU running on straight line.
