摘要
具有爆裂噪声的不可靠器件应用到电路中,对系统的可靠性会产生严重的影响.小波是具有振幅正负相间的振荡,由于小波变换在时域和频域都具有很好的局部化性质,较好地解决了时频分辨率和矛盾,所以在信号分析与处理领域,可以采用小波检测爆裂噪声,改变了传统的靠人眼观测判断爆破噪声的不可靠方法,同时利用计算机来自动检测,提高精度的同时也实现了自动检测的目的.
Unreliable devices with burst noise applied to the circuit will have a serious impact on the relia- bility of the system. Wavelet is of oscillation wave form with positive and negative amplitude in turns. Wavelet transform has solved the time - frequency resolution and contradictions with its good localization both in time and frequency domains. As for signal analysis and processing, wavelet can be used to detect burst noise to change the traditional and unreliable method, that is, observing with human eyes to determine burst noise. And it takes ad- vantage of the computer to detect automatically and to improve the accuracy, so as to realize automatic detection.
