摘要
目的 :介绍带蒂骼腹股沟轴型皮瓣在手外伤大面积皮肤缺损时的应用。方法 :依据旋髂浅动脉在髂腹股沟走行方向设计皮瓣 ,逆行切取皮瓣 ,勿损伤旋髂浅动脉 ,供区皮肤直接缝合。结果 :50例手术治愈率 10 0 %。结论 :对手部及前臂远
OBJECTIVE:Intruduce application of Double End Groin flap for defect of hand skin. METHODS:Design flap with the trace of the shallow circunflex iliac vessels on the skin. Do not injure the vessels during operation. RESULT: All of 50 cases were cured. CONCLUSION:Double End Groin flap is first choice operation for defect of hand and far forearm skin.
