小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术

The clinical observation of small incision nonphacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation

目的 :探讨小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入手术疗效。方法 :对 10 0例 12 0眼行小切口非超声乳化人工晶体植入术 ,设常规切口组 ,超声乳化组为对照组 ,对手术后视力和角膜曲率结果做比较分析。结果 :小切口非超声乳化术术后视力恢复快 ,散光小 ,与超声乳化组结果相似 (P >0 0 5) ,与常规大切口手术组相比散光小 ,视力较好 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :小切口非超声乳化术效果好 ,与超声乳化结果相似 。

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the curative effect of small incision nonphacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.METHODS:The visual acuity and corneal refractivity of 100 cases(120 eyes) undergone the small incision nonphacoemulsification were analysed, compared with the conventional incision group and phacoemulsification group.RESULTS:small incision nonphacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation can provide patients with rapid visual rehabilitation, less surgical induced astigmatism, as similar as that in phacoemulsification group(P>0 05). Corneal refractivity in small incision nonphacoemulsification group was less and visual acuity was much better than that in large incision group(P<0 01).CONCLUSION:small incision nonphacoemulsification is a more effective and safer method in cataract surgery.
