铊中毒尸检一例 被引量：2

摘要 死者女，38岁。于2009年3月18日突发“四肢远端麻木，以手掌、足底明显，伴头晕”而入院。体检：意识清楚，语言清晰流利，情感无异常，运动神经、颅神经功能均无障碍，未引出病理性反射，仅有双侧膝关节以下痛觉消退，双足感觉过敏，腱反射活跃，双手呈“手套样”感觉减退。血常规与血生化正常，诊断周围性神经炎原因待查入院。
