分枝杆菌LSR2蛋白的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 LSR2蛋白最早发现于麻风分枝杆菌(Mycobacteriumleprae)中,由89个氨基酸残基构成,是麻风分枝杆菌的主要免疫原之一,具有很强的免疫原性,能同时被B细胞和T细胞所识别。这种普遍存在于分枝杆菌和部分放线菌中的抗原蛋白,其序列高度保守,为组蛋白样DNA结合蛋白,对于基因表达具有广泛的调控作用。现将LSR2蛋白的研究进展综述如下。
