Diabetic nephropathy(DN) one of the common and serions complication of capillary.Most scholars think that if DN were got treatment at its early stage,its develepment will be put off or held back. We applied Enalaprill to treat 16 clinical stage DN,results showed that enalaprill still possess obvious protective function to clinical stage DN.
