双份米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止10周～18周妊娠临床观察

Treatment of stopping 10～18 gestation weeks by double doses of mifepristone combined with misoprostol

目的 :探讨增加米非司酮剂量配伍米索前列醇口服给药终止 10周～ 18周妊娠的效果。方法 :从第一天晚上8点开始服用米非司酮 ,以后每 12 h服用一次 ,共 6次 ,每次服 5 0 m g(2片 ) ,总量为 30 0 mg(12片 ) ,第四天早服用最后米非司酮后 1h内 ,口服米索 0 .6 m g,之后每 2 h加服 0 .2 mg,总量不超过 1.6 mg,每次服药均用凉开水冲服 ,观察米索用量、流产时间、阴道出血情况、月经复潮情况。结果 :双份米非司酮剂量配伍米索前列醇口服给药终止 10周～ 18周妊娠有效率高达 99% ,完全流产率达 97% ,且流产时间短 ,阴道出血少 ,对月经复潮、经量、经期影响小 ,流产效果显著优于对照组。结论 :双份米非司酮配伍米索前列醇口服给药终止 10周～ 18周妊娠是安全有效的 。

Objective:To study the tesponse of stopping 10～18 gestation weeks by double doses of mifepristone combined with misoprostol.Methods:Patients should be treated with 50mg(2 tables) of mifepristone at 8 o’clock in the first evening,and then mifepristone once q 12h,altogether 6 times,with the total mifepristone 300mg(12 tables).After that patients should be treated with the last 2 tables mifepristone within one hour.On the fourth morning,then with misoprostol 0.6mg,and add 0.2mg after that q 2h,but its total should be less than 1.6mg(taketime).Observe the dosage of misoprotol,the time of abortion the amount of bleeding,and the recovery of menses.Results:The effective rate of stopping 10～18 gestation weeks by double doses of mifepristone combined with Misoprostol was 99%,the complete abortion rate was 97%,and the abortion time was shortened,the amount of bleeding less,with less response for recovery,amount and cycle of menses,which was significantly higher than the contrast group.Conclusion:stopping 10～18 gestation weeks by double doses of mifepristone combined with Misoprostol was effective and safe,which can take the place of induced abortion and other methods,and can be used widely.
